Return Policy:

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns on non-customized items, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Customised (printed) orders are not eligible for return/ cancellation.

2. Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Only non-customized items are eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

4. Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

5. Exclusions:

  • Custom or personalized items are exempt from being returned.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order Cancellation:

  • Since most of the products sold on Lovely Printer are customised according to the customer needs, order cannot be cancelled.
  • However, if customer wants to cancel the order even before the printing process has begun, they will be liable to pay 10% of the order value.
  • Once the printing process starts, there will be no cancellation/return.
  • Contact our customer support at [email protected] to request a cancellation with your order number.

2. Refund for Cancellations:

  • If the order is cancelled within the specified timeframe, a refund for the approved refund amount will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Late Cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests beyond the specified time frame may be subject to processing fees.

Damaged or Defective Items:

1. Reporting Issues:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

2. Replacement or Refund:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for damaged or defective items.
