Delivery Policy
Return Policy:
1. Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns on non-customized items, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Customised (printed) orders are not eligible for return/ cancellation.
2. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at

with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Only non-customized items are eligible for return.
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
4. Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
5. Exclusions:
Custom or personalized items are exempt from being returned.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Order Cancellation:
Since most of the products sold on Lovely Printer are customised according to the customer needs, order cannot be cancelled.
However, if customer wants to cancel the order even before the printing process has begun, they will be liable to pay 10% of the order value.
Once the printing process starts, there will be no cancellation/return.

2. Refund for Cancellations:
If the order is cancelled within the specified timeframe, a refund for the approved refund amount will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Late Cancellations:
Cancellation requests beyond the specified time frame may be subject to processing fees.
Damaged or Defective Items:
1. Reporting Issues:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
2. Replacement or Refund:
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for damaged or defective items.

All refunds and replacements are subject to our inspection and approval.
